1. Sponsored Ads Report Now Includes Country and Currency Conversion Options
Amazon has updated the Sponsored Ads Report settings to give advertisers more control.
✅ You can now select the country directly when pulling reports.
✅ A new currency conversion option allows you to view converted values in additional columns.
This update will help sellers running ads in multiple marketplaces track spend and performance in a single currency.
📌 Action: Check the report settings in your Sponsored Ads dashboard to start using this feature.
2. New Effective Date for FBA Inventory Reimbursement Policy — March 31, 2025
Amazon has extended the start date for its new FBA inventory reimbursement policy to March 31, 2025 (previously March 10).
✅ Sellers now have more time to manage their sourcing costs using the Manage Your Sourcing Cost page in the Inventory Defect and Reimbursement portal.
✅ This feature is fully rolled out to all sellers as of February 28.
📌 Action: Review your sourcing costs and update them before the policy goes live. Accurate sourcing costs will help maximize reimbursements.
3. New Return Badge Tracking Features in Voice of the Customer Dashboard
Amazon is helping sellers reduce returns with new features in the Voice of the Customer (VoC) dashboard:
✅ List of ASINs with the Frequently Returned badge
✅ Warnings for ASINs at risk of getting the badge
✅ 3-month and 12-month return rate data
✅ Suggested benchmark return rates to avoid the badge
📌 Action Steps:
Go to Seller Central → Performance → Voice of the Customer
Use the new ‘Return badge displayed’ column
Click ‘See details’ for each ASIN to review data and insights
Proactively improving product quality and detail pages can help you avoid the badge and reduce future returns.
